Header Text Mandatory in PO creation

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to make header text as mandatory based on text type.

I tried using screen variant but  that screen has no field  and I also tried to find BADI but not getting perfect solution.

This is very urgent if any one provide me perfect solution it will be reward point.
