Hi,
1) Ans : Repair Full or Full loads will always be from Setup tables. Repair full means a specific selection of documents or by a date range in the infopackage, only those data will be picked from setup tables. Normal Full load will pick everything. Hope you understood the difference.
2) Ans : You can simply do selective deletion from the cube even if you have aggregates. Because, the same records will also be deleted from the aggregates too. You need not to refill aggregates again.
3) Ans : Right click on your Application component in RSA1-->Datasources and Replicate Metadata. Then the system shows the available datasources to be replicated. You can continue with the message, those will be replicates. You can delete the unwanted datasource before activating them in BW.
